SLAC Ultrafast X-ray Summer School
The third annual Ultrafast X-ray Summer School, UXSS 2009, will be held at the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, June 15-19, 2009.
This year is
especially noteworthy for ultrafast x-ray science because it marks the
start of the Linac Coherent Light Source (LCLS) user operations. SLAC has an exciting program lined up with lectures and research talks
from a very distinguished group of scientists. In addition, to mark the inaugural of LCLS, students will prepare and present mock-beamtime
proposals in a poster format. Information about the Summer School program (including social events), registration, and accomodations
